EMPLOYEE OF THE SEASON

Every three months we announce the Employee of the Season award to recognise and reward the individual who has dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to the cause. This individual will have completed all of their Flow Training, they always arrive early and never without a smile, their appearance is sharp (we’re talking Downton Abbey here), they go the extra mile whilst assisting colleagues, their attitude is consistent and ‘can do’, and they are unwavering in their pursuit for excellence and consistency.

Winning this award should not be underestimated.

WHAT'S THE PRIZE?

Dinner, bed and breakfast for two at any of the Milsom Hotel properties.

You’re invited to the Employee of the Year lunch to dine with the Directors and your fellow Season Award Winners and of course to discover which one of you is the Employee of the Year, which is announced just after dessert.

An exclusive signed certificate.


EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

Every year there is an award for Employee of the Year. It’s your time to shine and the outcome is decided by an online vote from your peers and colleagues. Employees of the Year are true ‘merchants of happiness’. They possess the character, skill, determination, application and commitment that helps us to serve more than 360,000 customers ever year.

WHAT'S THE PRIZE?

A GRAND Prize is awarded to the winner every year. Whilst that may seem a little vague – don’t be put off – it WILL be good!

A place in history as your name is engraved on to the Employee of the Year trophy which is on display for entire year following the announcement. Yes, a whole year for you to gently remind your colleagues of your achievement.

Signed certificate (who doesn’t like a certificate?).

An Employee of the Year lunch hosted by Paul Milsom (Managing Director) and Stas Anastasiades (Operations Director) – and whilst lunching with your bosses might not seem like a ‘prize’, we have past winners who will testify to thoroughly enjoying themselves.


IDEAS OF THE MONTH

No matter how small or colossal you think your idea might be, we love to hear them and quite often implement them in to our operations. Any ideas that are acted on will be recognised and rewarded.
