Book any room between Monday to Thursday. We have to keep a few dates back but other than that you're good to go.

WINE AT COST

Order any wines by the case at cost price plus the VAT. Just give us 7 days’ notice, which wines you would like and leave the rest to us. (Over 18s only please).

ZERO Room Hire Charge for Private Dining

A great excuse to have a party with friends or family. We have a number of great spaces throughout the group so please do make use of them. Available any day of the week, excluding 14th February, Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays. Must be employed by MH&R at time of the event.  

50% OFF Room Hire for Parents and Siblings

This might almost count as a family birthday or Christmas present - avoid the same dates as above and save half of the cost of hire.

25% OFF Room Hire & Food

Perfect for those big parties and celebrations in Talbooth Restaurant's Marquee or The Hangar at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall. Available any Sunday to Thursday, avoiding 14th February, Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays. Other venue discounts may be possible and will be considered on request.

Treatments are available Mondays to Thursdays and just avoiding 14th February, Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays.

Take your birthday off every year

Just let your manager know two weeks before the date and we'll make sure you are not on the rota and would like the day as holiday. No arguments - it's yours every year.

Long Service Awards Dinner

A special invitation sent to all those who have been employed for five years or more. This incorporates a wonderful evening of food, friends, colleagues, awards, recognition, lots of laughs and quite often a bit of dancing - we look forward to seeing you there.

Management Day Out

A day away from your normal tasks with the rest of the management team enjoying good food, drinks, activities and very often sunshine! This is a great opportunity to get to know the wider team better and you're invited to talk about absolutely anything other than work.

3 Month Sabbatical

Enjoy three months' unpaid leave from January to March after 10 years of service. One calendar year’s notice, approval needed and at the discretion of Directors.

£1,000 REFERRAL FEE

Introduce somebody that you know and it they apply and secure a full time senior role then we’ll pay you £1,000 as a thank you. Subject to tax and national insurance of course, but after that it's all yours. The person you introduce should not have previously worked in the business and should not currently work in the business. The payment time scale of the fee is dependent on the position, information is available from Head Office.
