AN INTRODUCTION TO MILSOM PEOPLE

Milsom Hotels & Restaurants employs more than 450 people during our busiest periods across a wide variety of roles. Our teams are key to our success and are the reason that our customers come back to us. We understand that the ongoing success of our operation relies heavily on our ability to attract and retain excellent people who have great attitudes and are willing to go that extra mile to get the job done.

From 2018 we will be developing the Milsom People brand, which is dedicated to our teams and will help us to promote and monitor Wellness, Development, Communication and Recognition for individuals and teams as a whole.

The hospitality industry is one of the toughest industries to work in, whether you’re an employee, operator or owner, and we believe that the Milsom People brand and platform will help us to ensure safe working environments and working regimes, clear paths of progression and an open and honest environment for all Milsom People.
