Milsoms in Dedham, Colchester, our original concept for 'eat drink stay' is a buzzing, lively brasserie with 80 covers inside with a further 80 outside.  The brasserie is open all day, every day with a no booking policy and the kitchen are looking for a full time breakfast chef to join their busy team.

  • The ideal candidate will be a vibrant early morning person who can work alone, but then support the team by helping to prep for a busy lunch service
  • Hours 6am to 2pm 5 days a week

Andrew Thurston claims his Milsom People benefit

Andrew Thurston,  junior sous chef who is part of the kitchen brigade at Le Talbooth is the first member of Milsom People to introduce a member of staff to work with us at Milsom Hotels and achieve a £750 benefit.

Andrew introduced Connor Hefferenan who joined the Milsoms kitchen as a chef de partie and was rapidly promoted to junior sous chef.

Any member of staff who introduces a senior full time member of staff and they stay in post for 6 months will receive £750 a great incentive!
