Milsom Catering, the outside catering arm of Milsom Hotels is based at Le Talbooth in Dedham.  They have a full calendar of events and parties to look after throughout East Anglia in the next three to four months.  They are looking to recruit part time commie and chef de partie with excellent job prospects for the right candidates.

Milsom Catering - bar and front of house

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated individuals with a can do attitude to join our hard working & passionate Milsom Catering teams over the Christmas period, with the potential for continued employment.  Based at Le Talbooth in Dedham, Milsom Catering has its own dedicated team and caters at many fabulous venues in Essex and Suffolk – no two days are the same for our outside events team!

This is the ideal job for people looking for work to fit in around other commitments as all contracts are fully flexible. Work will involve mostly evening and weekend shifts. Part time waiting and bar staff positions available.

  • Previous catering experience advantageous but not essential
  • The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Be immaculate in appearance
  • Excellent communicative and customer care skills.
  • Own transport is preferred but not required.
  • You will need to be energetic, punctual, flexible and reliable with a pro-active approach to your work

Milsoms Kesgrave Hall is buzzing, lively brasserie with 100 covers (plus another 100 in the summer on the terrace); the restaurant is open all day, every day with a no-booking policy.  The kitchen brigade are looking for:
